Our team brings extensive clinical experience to our Bowral physio practice covering a range of musculoskeletal conditions. We use many therapeutic techniques to promote a healthy lifestyle including manual therapy, dry needling, exercise classes and home exercise based therapy, ultrasound, equipment based pilates, sports specific assessment and training.
