We help people navigate the minefield of confusing nutrition information by providing evidence based, common-sense nutrition-counselling around all general areas of nutrition. We to provide clients with evidence-based, personalised, common-sense dietary advice (including tailored meal plans - if that's what you want) that will fit in within YOUR life. With a special interest in women's health (PCOS, Endometriosis), hormones and fertility, the Dietitian Den can offer a dietary solution for you.
