I am a psychologist trained in Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am based on the Gold Coast and also have provision for Telehealth services. I provide psychotherapy to people across the lifespan. I have a special interest in prenatal and postnatal experiences of women (including matrescence) and in working with adolescents and adults.
