She has 15+ years' experience in enriching and supporting the wellbeing of children, teenagers, families, adults, schools and organisations by applying cutting-edge, evidence-based findings. Her work draws on CBT, ACT and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Anna's therapeutic approach is empathic, gentle, respectful, values-driven and collaborative. She sees her therapy and training as an opportunity to support people to develop greater insight and to facilitate the changes they would like in their lives, working with their strengths and personal resources to enrich their wellbeing.
