I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist for over twelve years, both in private practice and in community health settings. I specialise in a range of evidence-based mindfulness interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I also have speciality in providing Cognitive-behavioural therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy. I work with adults to help them deal with a range of mental health and personal issues: -Stress management -Anxiety & phobias -Depression -Shyness and social anxiety -Self esteem -Life/personal coaching -Life transition and adjustment I have a warm and non-judgmental approach.
