Within my private practice, psychological focused therapy and interventions aim to support the individual to maintain and optimize their mental health well being. This is facilitated through evidenced based therapies and assessments that are centered on the individuals needs to make meaningful change, and improve quality of life. This is offered through assessments, applied therapies and ongoing evaluation. Therapies are offered across a range of cognitive and behavioral approaches, such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment therapy(ACT), Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) As a professional psychologist I have practiced across various clinical settings inclusive of hospital and community based health services within the domains of acute, inpatients and case management , private practice and telehealth conferencing to rural regions.
