Kimlani Mellor

She has more than 12 years’ experience and has divided this between working within clinical practice and government employment. In her government work, she has specialised in providing psychological assessment and trauma support. In her clinical practice, she uses an integrated therapeutic approach including techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapies (CBT and ACT). Kimlani has had the privilege of witnessing dramatic transformations in clients with depression, anxiety disorders (including PTSD), adjustment disorders and addictions. She is eager to apply her experience and compassion with clients as they begin to address issues that will help them improve their quality of life and attain a sense of fulfilment.
