Hitika Bhatia

I am Hitika Bhatia. I am the Director/Senior Counsellor/Supervisor at Blossoming Minds Therapy. My team and myself cover a range of Mental Health issues. We specialise in psychotherapy. My ideal client can be anyone with little stress to diagnosed mental health disorder. Their issues can be stress, panic, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relation issues, expectations, workplace bullying, ignorant families, too much family, traumas, death. My clients and I share a common goal of improving quality of life by clear communication of feelings and taking preventative measures of boosting self esteem. I encourage clients to seek therapy if they have been stressing about issues or lifestyle a lot lately. My aim is to prevent individuals/couples/kids from falling into depression and forming anxiety by stress or grief or trauma etc. I also use a combination of therapeutic techniques for clients with diagnosed mental health disorder.
