Psychologists and counsellors at AZ psychology have extensive backgrounds in education. They are experienced in working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, school refusal, sleeping difficulties, stress and relationship problems. In our work with children and adolescents we believe practical, solution focused therapy can assist young people to discuss, explore and manage important personal, social and educational issues, such as: anxiety, depression, friendship issues, self esteem, anger management, sleep problems, stress management, and conflict resolution.
