Amanda has worked as a psychologist in both the country and metroplitan areas of South Australia for the last 5 years. She provides predominantly CBT-based 1:1 therapy for adults. She is passionate about empowering people to make positive changes in their lives by helping them to apply principles to adjust their behaviours and the way they view their world. She values and provides practical, realistic and easy to implement strategies that make a difference to people’s lives. Her specific areas of interest are helping clients with depression, anxiety and those who have experienced trauma. Her private practice is after hours, and restricted to adult clients who do not work for the Department for Education.
